I needed a guarantee.


I had an all or nothing mindset…if I couldn’t do it all and just the way I intended, then I wouldn’t start.


This is a great way to live completely in your head and get little-to-no positive external results.


The day is 24 hours long. And most “avid” gym goers get about 60-90 minutes of intentional exercise. That is great…but we can ease our workload by implementing movement in micro doses or "movement snacks."


Take the stairs instead of an elevator. Park in the back of the lot and walk. Spend your lunch break with your phone on silent and your body moving in the midday sun.


Modern life is quick to offer a zillion options when it comes to comfort and convenience. The body is always keeping score. The less we do…the less we CAN do.


Take the power back. Increase your resiliency. Do the hard thing. Not because you “should.” But because your best self requires it.
